Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at OSHARK. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel the order and apply for a refund, please email us within 24 hours after payment. We canât cancel the order if it has been shipped out. Note: Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in a charge.
Return:
We are deeply committed to serving our customers with the best products. Every item you choose is thoroughly inspected, carefully checked for quality, and packaged with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason or returned packages without contact our support team. If a customer insists on returning the product, please make sure the package must be in the same condition that you received it and unused ,the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and process refunds for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Add any other non-returnable items, e.g., personalized/customized products(such as customizing logo or similar events)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at tools@oshark.com within the eligible return period and our team will give guidance.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refund & Processing
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
Wrong or Defective Items
Every batch of goods we ship is thoroughly inspected multiple times by our warehouse staff, with photos taken and archived for future review. This ensures that each outgoing order is complete, free of omissions, and without defects.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will apologize for the error and arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
Lost Package
If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find it:
- First, please check thoroughly around your delivery area (porch, garage, with neighbors, and your mailbox).
- Contact the shipping carrier directly on your local with the tracking number and file a claim. They often have more precise GPS details of the delivery location.
- If you still cannot find your parcel ,please contact us and send us the claim case number so we can start your claim with the shipping carrier on our local. We will decide whether to reship or refund according to the results.
If the tracking has not updated for an extended period or is stuck:
Please contact us immediately with your order number. We will initiate a trace and claim process with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
