Orders over $99 ship free to eligible destinations, though some remote addresses may not qualify. Orders under $99 usually have a flat $25 shipping fee, and some addresses may cost more. Your final shipping cost always appears at checkout. If you have questions, email tools@oshark.com.

We process orders within 1–3 business days of payment, or slightly longer during peak seasons and promotions. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and which warehouse your order ships from. Some orders may take up to 10 business days. We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Delivery times count from the ship date, not the order date, and don’t include weekends or holidays.

If checkout shows a shipping option for your address, we ship there. If it doesn't, email tools@oshark.com and we'll check for you. We can't deliver to PO boxes. Orders to Mexico and Brazil need a tax ID number.

Our prices don't include import duties, customs fees or local taxes. Your country's customs authority sets these charges, and the buyer is responsible for paying them. Depending on your payment method, your payment processor may also charge an international transaction fee.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also find it by logging in to your Oshark account, or check it on the carrier's website. US orders are sometimes split into several packages so they arrive faster. If that happens, we email you a tracking number for each one. If tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your package, contact us within 7 days and also file a claim with the carrier.

Yes, if you email tools@oshark.com within 24 hours of purchase. We can't change or cancel an order once it has shipped. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Our support team must approve every return or exchange first, so please email tools@oshark.com before sending anything back. We can't accept packages returned without contacting us. Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping unless we sent a wrong or defective item. Approved refunds go to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Final sale and clearance items, and customized products (such as kits with a custom logo) can't be returned.

Choose a car wrap kit if you mostly install vinyl, a window tint kit if you mostly tint, or a PPF squeegee kit for paint protection film.
