Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at OSHARK. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information about our shipping procedures, delivery times, and policies.

Shipping Rates Policy:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may apply to certain orders (e.g., over a specified amount).

Free Shipping

  1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 USD dollars for parts of countries. Please note: Even if located within the free shipping zone, the policy may not cover some remote addresses. All charges are subject to final checkout.
  2. For orders under $99 USD, a flat shipping fee of $25 will apply usually. But for some address, may more shipping fee is needed, please check on checkout or contact tools@oshark.com
  3. Additional requirements may apply for certain countries.
  4. If you can’t find shipping service on our store for your address, please contact tools@oshark.com and we will check for you.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:

  1. All prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees. The customer is  responsible for any import taxes or customs duties by their local customs authorities. These fees are not within our control and are determined by your country's regulations.
  2. International Transaction Fees: Additional international transaction fees may be charged by third-party payment processors based on your selected payment method.

About Shipping Warehouse and Delivery Address

  1. For international orders ( orders outside the U.S.), all packages will be shipped from our local warehouse.
  2. For U.S orders, we have local warehouses in Los Angeles for parts of products. The shipment will be arranged from Los Angeles warehouse or our(OSHARK) local warehouse depending on the product type, in-stock quantity and your delivery address.
  3. No PO Box Delivery: We do not accept orders addressed to PO BOX address.
  4. Tax Numbers Required: For smooth processing of shipments, a tax identification number is required for orders shipping to Mexico,Brazil. 

Order Processing Time: 

  1. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed during holidays will be processed the next business day.
  2. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
  3. If you need to modify your delivery address or cancel your order, please get in touch via email (tools@oshark.com) within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process changes or cancellations after the order has been shipped.

Shipping/Delivery Time

  1. We usually use DHL/FEDEX/UPS/USPS to shipping orders.
  2. U.S. Orders:
    Ships from U.S. warehouse: 3-5 business days to delivery after shipment.
    Ships from international warehouse(OSHARK local warehouse): 10 business days to deliver after shipment.
  3. International Orders (Non-U.S.) : All orders ship from our(OSHARK) local regional warehouse: 3-5 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not order date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Order Tracking


Shipment Notification & Tracking:
Once your order ships, we will send a notification email with the tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.


Please note: If no email address was provided for the consignee, you will not receive this notification. In this case, you can always check your order's shipping status on order page by logging into your account on our website.

The tracking number is updated on ours store once the order is shipped out. You can also check the order status on the shipping carrier’s official website. If you can’t find any information for the shipment, please contact tools@oshark.com.

To avoid any delays, please make sure we can reach you:

  1. To ensure a smooth processing of your order, please monitor your email inbox. We may contact you to verify your shipping address or order details if questions happen.
  2. Keep your phone handy! Our delivery partner might call or message you (via call, SMS, ) if any help is needed from you to ensure a successful delivery.

Attention please

  1. For orders with the wrong address, such as the zip code and the city do not match, or maybe other questions we have to confirm with the receiver, we will notify you via email and hold on the shipment before confirmation.
  2. Faster Delivery with Split Shipping(For U.S. Orders): Sometimes, to get your items to you faster, we'll send your order in multiple packages. Don't worry—if we do, we'll email you every single tracking number
  3. If you have not received package for a long time, please contact us by email, let us know the order number, we will reply to you as soon as possible!
  4. If the carrier's tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the indicated delivery date and also file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
